At Ella Wear, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund if:

  • The item is unworn, unused, and in its original condition with tags attached

  • Your request is made within 30 days of delivery

  •  For hygiene reasons, bikinis and swimsuits cannot be returned or refunded unless the item is faulty or you received the wrong product.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Go to our Contact Us page and submit a refund request with your order number and reason.

  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.

  3. If approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to return your item.

  4. Refunds will only be processed once we have received the returned item, as confirmed via track & trace.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval

  • We do not refund original shipping fees (if any), unless the item is faulty

  • Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are non-refundable and remain the responsibility of the customer

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately through our Contact Us page. We’ll arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no extra cost.
